Deborah joined Cardew in 2024 having been an Executive Officer at SME4Labour, running parliamentary receptions, roundtables, and dinners with Labour MPs and senior cabinet members. She previously worked for a Labour MP leading on local election campaigns, and Mayoral Labour Party campaigns.
