Tim graduated from Edinburgh University in 1994 and joined a specialist financial public relations company where he gained extensive experience advising a broad spectrum of publicly listed companies. In June 2000, he was recruited by Edelman Public Relations Worldwide to work in their Financial Division in Sydney, Australia, where he acted on a series of high profile transactions.

Two years later he returned to London and joined Cardew. During the past decade he has advised numerous listed businesses in various sectors of industry. This involved some 50 financial transactions varying in size from under £10 million to more than £2 billion.

At Cardew, Tim has directed client accounts including Allied Domecq plc, Gallaher Group plc, United Biscuits, Royal Bank of Canada, Windsor plc, and Paramount plc.
