A company’s financial calendar provides important opportunities to explain corporate progress and strategy to private shareholders, institutional investors and the financial community at large. We develop and execute programmes designed to ensure that the market valuation of a company fully reflects its past performance and future prospects.
During the annual cycle of interim and preliminary results, leading up to the AGM, we work alongside senior executives in the formulation of key messages, the drafting/editing of statements, the management of newsflow and the development of appropriate presentations to financial analysts and institutional investors. Coverage by the media and financial analysts is subsequently monitored—the latter through regular feedback reports to clients.
An effective financial communications programme should, where appropriate, embrace analyst presentations and visits; informal meetings with journalists; occasional on-the-record interviews; and meticulous planning in respect of key announcements.
