Worked in business throughout West Africa prior to serving for five years as an officer in the British Army. On leaving the Forces he joined a Venture Capitalist where he worked on start-up companies, both within the UK and internationally.
Advising clients ranging from FTSE 100 to AIM, Rupert’s major projects have included the liquidation of NMEC (the Millennium Dome), Allied Domecq’s £9.3 billion acquisition by Pernod Ricard, SAIC’s bid for MG Rover and Scottish Power’s £11.6 billion sale to Iberdrola. Other clients include Lonmin plc, Chemring plc and AWG.
