Anglian Water Group (AWG) is the parent company of Anglian Water, the support services company Morrison Facilities Services and AWG Property. 

 

AWG is owned by a private consortium, Osprey, comprising of Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, Colonial First State Global Asset Management, Industry Funds Management and 3i Group plc. The company was delisted from the stock exchange on 21 December 2006.
