EPIC Private Equity LLP ("EPE LLP") is an independently owned private equity firm focusing on niche investment opportunities throughout the UK and Europe. We specialise in areas where traditional private equity funding is often less available.

 

The EPE investment team, which operates through EPE LLP and EPE Ltd, currently advises or manages three quoted private equity investment vehicles – EPIC plc, EPE Special Opportunities plc and EPIC VCT plc each of which have a different focus. EPIC plc is focused on investing in UK management buy-outs and buy-ins, each requiring £1m to £10m of equity funding. EPE Special Opportunities plc specialises in structuring acquisitions of distressed or significantly underperforming companies across Europe. EPIC VCT plc is looking to invest less than £2m as venture capital in small and growing businesses in the UK.
