Cardew Group, the London-based financial PR, has been appointed by three new clients operating through its recently-opened office in Edinburgh. Cardew Scotland is representing the bid for Edinburgh Airport backed by The Carlyle Group, merchant bank Noble Grossart and a number of Scots investors. Cardew is also acting for the board of high-tech security company Indigovision following the departure of its CEO and founder Oliver Vellacott. The Cardew Group also represented Alexander Dennis Ltd in its recent curtailed bid for Optare over the holiday period. All three clients are attached to the Cardew Group’s recently-opened central Edinburgh office at 15-19 York Place. The three join Cardew’s growing Scottish portfolio, which includes Miller Group, Tennent’s owner C&C Group, Havelock Europa, Murgitroyd, and NAB Clydesdale Bank.
