Launch of British Enterprise Bank

Cardew is advising on the initial launch of the Business Enterprise Bank, an innovative new bank specialising in lending to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). BEB plans to open a network of more than 20 branches in business parks of regional cities, staffed with traditional business bank managers. BEB aims to raise £100m of seed capital and to be open for business in H2 2011.
