Lonmin – Strategic advice in negotiations with South African Government

Cardew has advised Lonmin in respect of its negotiations with the Department of Mineral Resources of the Government of South Africa (DMR). The outcome has been to rescind the DMR’s instruction of early August, thereby allowing Lonmin to continue to sell nickel, copper, chrome and any other associated minerals - in addition to its platinum group metals. Lonmin is restart deliveries immediately.
