Chemring Group – Acquisition of Roke

Cardew has advised Chemring, a leading global defence business, on its £55m acquisition of Roke Manor Research. Roke, based in Romsey UK, provides contract research, product development and low volume production for a wide range of UK and international customers. The purchase significantly strengthens Chemring’s engineering capabilities in electronics, software and systems engineering.
