Electricity North West - Acquisition of United Utilities Electricity Services

Electricity North West (ENW) has completed the purchase of United Utilities Electricity Services, a business which operates and maintains ENW’s electricity network. This acquisition will deliver synergies and a better service delivery to customers. Under its license from Ofgem, ENW distributes electricity to 2.4m homes and businesses in the North West.
