Smiths Group – Completes purchase of Interconnect Devices for $185m

Smiths Group, the global technology business, has completed the acquisition of Interconnect Devices Inc, a leading designer and manufacturer of probe technology products. These are used in industrial and semi-conducting testing, and in high performance connector applications.
