C&C Group - Acquisition of The Gaymers Cider Company

Cardew advised its retained client C&C on the purchase of Gaymers Cider from Constellation Brands for £45m in cash. The transaction will strengthen C&C’s position within the growing UK cider category, the largest cider market in the world by value.
