C&C Group - Acquisition from Anheuser-Busch InBev

C&C has agreed to purchase the Irish, Northern Irish and Scottish businesses of Anheuser-Busch InBev for £180m. The business includes Tennent’s Lager, the leading lager in Scotland brewer, and is the largest brewer overall in Scotland. C&C is forming a new distribution partnership with Anheuser-Busch Inbev in all three countries listed above.
