Bmi – Sale of controlling interest to Lufthansa

Sir Michael Bishop agreed to sell his remaining 50% stake in Bmi to Lufthansa, This event marked the end of a 10 year trade sale process during which Cardew provided constant advice on managing the media and minimizing speculation across the financial markets.
