Strand Hanson – Completion of MBO

Strand Hanson Partners has completed a management buyout from its founding shareholders. The business will now be owned 90% by its staff and 10% by EPIC Investment Partners. Strand Hanson is an investment banking boutique with offices in London and South Africa.
