Haike Chemical – New petrochemical JV in China

Haike has formed a new JV, Dongying Hi-Tech Ruilin, with Xindu Group and Jindayuan Real Estate. The structure of the JV is in line with the policy initiative by the Chinese Government to encourage greater vertical integration in the petrochemical sector. For Haike, the principal goal is to increase the production and sale of its petrochemical products.
