Amphion Innovations – Expands in USA

Amphion has acquired the California-based NOVA R&D Inc through its partner company Kromek. Nova has 22 patents in the fields of imaging and radiation detection, which complement Kromek’s own patent portfolio in imaging and x-ray technology. Kromek is one of 8 partner companies in which Amphion has a significant shareholding, each of which are targeting large markets in the medical and technology sectors.
